Abstract

A battery module and battery pack are provided. The battery module comprises cell assemblies and heat sink plates. The cell assembly has a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface adjacent to each other. The cell assembly includes at least one cell. The third surface is located on the side of the cell assembly facing the liquid cooling plate of the battery case. The heat sink plate is thermally connected to the first and second surfaces and configured to be thermally connected to the side wall of the battery case. Along the first direction, the heat sink plate is spaced away from the third surface.
