Abstract

A sensor device configured to detect, measure, or monitor operational or physical changes within a crusher. The sensor device can be attached to a first part of a crusher mounting mechanism. The sensor device comprises a second part of a mounting mechanism. The sensor device further comprises a sensor unit configured to detect, measure, or monitor operational or physical changes occurring within the crusher in a field of view. The sensor device is configured to substantially occlude an inspection port of the crusher. The sensor device has at least two configurations, including an extended position and a retracted position.
