Abstract

Means (102) for cleaning foam (9) in a flotation machine (1) are described. The means (102) may be integrated into or provided separately in an inflatable foam agglomeration apparatus (100) or in another component (2, 4, 100) of a flotation machine (1), such as a foam agglomerator (7) or the upper inner rim of a tank (2), without limitation. A method for cleaning foam (9) during a flotation process using a flotation machine (1) by means of the novel foam cleaning means (102) is also described.
