Abstract

The present invention relates to an automated machine for assembling folding boxes, comprising a central assembly unit and, optionally, one or more complementary units integrated under common synchronization. The machine operates by means of an intermittent conveyor and synchronized assembly mechanisms, including side guides and rotating arms, to open and join the faces of each box with minimal human intervention. In certain embodiments, the system can be integrated with feeding, stacking, labeling, or other units, forming an integrated kinematic unit. Its design allows for a continuous, precise, and efficient process, reducing downtime, mechanical complexity, and operating costs, and adapting to different box formats.The invention is particularly useful in the fruit and vegetable industry, distribution centers and logistics operations, where it improves productivity, reduces the physical effort of the operator and ensures reliable assembly compared to previous solutions.
