Abstract
The description refers to the treatment of solid cancers, such as breast, colon, and lung cancer (particularly non-small cell lung cancer [NSCLC]), in human subjects with an anti-PD-1 antibody as monotherapy or as combination therapy with, for example, chemotherapy and / or surgery. The treatment provided may be tislelizumab in combination with chemotherapy before surgery, with a different dose of tislelizumab in the adjuvant phase after surgery. The administration regimen may include the administration of 200 mg of an anti-PD-1 antibody (e.g., tislelizumab) (e.g., every three weeks), followed by tumor resection and the administration of 400 mg of the anti-PD-1 antibody (e.g., every six weeks). In addition, chemotherapy may be platinum-based (e.g., carboplatin and / or cisplatin) and may also include pemetrexed (e.g., for non-squamous cell carcinoma) or paclitaxel (e.g., for squamous cell carcinoma).
