Abstract

The present invention provides an antibody-drug conjugate having a structure in which a compound according to Chemical Formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, tautomer, prodrug, hydrate, solvate, or isotope-labeled analogue thereof is conjugated to an anti-TF antibody via a linker. The antibody-drug conjugate according to the present invention can selectively impart the effect of the drug compound of Chemical Formula 1 against cancer cells expressing tissue factors (TF).
