Abstract
The present invention relates to a GLP-1 / GIP / amylin receptor triagonist. This GLP-1 / GIP / amylin receptor triagonist may have improved pharmacokinetic properties and may be suitable for once-weekly administration. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such a GLP-1 / GIP / amylin receptor triagonist. The triagonist and the pharmaceutical composition comprising it may be used as a medicament for the treatment of overweight, obese, and associated comorbidities in subjects.
