Abstract
The present invention provides a combination therapy comprising bispecific binding agents that include two binding domains that bind to CLDN18.2 and one binding domain that binds to CD3, and agents that stabilize or enhance the expression of CLDN18.2. The combination therapy is effective in the treatment of cancer involving cancer cells that express CLDN18.2.
