The present invention relates to compounds of formula (1a): (1a) or enantiomers, racemates, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising compounds of formula (1a) or enantiomers, racemates, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, and methods for treating autoimmune diseases, diseases of the central nervous system, and disorders of white blood cells, comprising administering to an individual in need a pharmaceutical composition of the invention.
