Abstract

This disclosure relates to novel antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising a favorable modular linker that links the pharmaceutically active substance to the antibody. This disclosure further relates to methods for producing the antibody-drug conjugate, as well as its uses and pharmaceutical compositions comprising it. The embodiments of this disclosure were developed specifically as antibody-drug conjugates for use in the treatment of guanylate cyclase 2C (GUCY2C)-positive gastrointestinal cancers and will be described below with reference to this application. However, it will be appreciated that this disclosure is not limited to this particular field of use.
