Abstract
The invention relates to a liquid formulation of a protease suitable for use as an animal feed additive, the formulation comprising at least 30% and no more than 70% of a polyol, wherein the polyol consists essentially of glycerol and sorbitol. The liquid formulation provides improved protease stability during storage at elevated temperatures.
