Abstract

A passive device for the transverse displacement of the support structure of a conveyor in mining, attachable to a distal end of the moldboard of a motor grader, or the like, comprising a truncated conical arm with its geometric axis substantially horizontal. The wider end of the truncated conical arm is closed with a flat disc, on which a plate for fixing to the moldboard is rigidly mounted. The narrower end of the truncated conical arm is rigidly connected to a hollow vertical cylindrical portion that houses a vertical shaft. This vertical shaft protrudes from the lower base of the hollow vertical cylindrical portion. The vertical shaft terminates at its lower end in a robust wheel, whose geometric axis is coaxial with the geometric axis of the vertical shaft. The robust wheel is provided with corresponding upper and lower disc-shaped ends.
