Abstract

A hybrid still for the distillation and rectification of alcohols, of the type comprising a cooking pot or kettle (1) intended to contain a fermented liquid, a rectification column (2) fluidly connected to said cooking pot or kettle (1), a partial condensation system (3) connected to the outlet of the rectification column (2), a gaseous alcohol duct (4) through which the gaseous alcohol circulates, connecting the gaseous alcohol duct (4) to the total condensation system (5), a total condensation system (5) disposed downstream of the partial condensation system (3), and a measuring cylinder (6) for the distillate and alcohol discharge system, wherein said elements are operatively connected to allow the evaporation, rectification, and condensation of alcohols by heating the wine and controlling the cooling of the evaporated alcohol, allowing for optimization of energy efficiency.process control and the quality of the resulting product.
