Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of lithium adsorption and desorption and can provide a method of lithium adsorption and desorption, comprising: an adsorption step, where a lithium-containing solution is passed through an aluminum-based adsorbent to obtain an adsorbent on which lithium is adsorbed; and a desorption step, where a medium is passed through the adsorbent on which lithium is adsorbed to obtain a lithium-containing desorption solution, where the medium used in the desorption step includes a salt.
