Abstract

The present invention describes an electronic system for the classification and quantification of fresh cocoa beans with pulp, which comprises: a bean separation unit that allows the beans to be detached through a vibration process; a processing unit consisting of a transport structure and sensors installed in such a way as to facilitate the acquisition of the characteristics of each bean; a storage unit that moves the beans to containers for each defined class; a power unit that provides operation by electrical outlet and by a backup battery for emergency situations; and a production management unit that provides information transformed into statistics and graphs on production by history or in real time.
