Abstract

The present invention discloses an integrated system and an executable method for sanitizing, controlling biofouling, and oxidizing unwanted compounds in industrial hydraulic systems where the treated fluid is not in direct contact with living organisms under cultivation, ensuring continuous and autonomous compliance with regulatory limits for the discharge of active oxidants into the external receiving ecosystem. The system comprises three functionally cooperating modules: (a) a first injection module that generates a stabilized submicron dispersion or molecular dissolution of the oxidizing agent by means of venturi, hydrodynamic cavitation, membrane diffusion, or pressure dissolution, guaranteeing homogeneous contact time in the treated industrial system;(b) a second terminal active neutralization module immediately upstream of the discharge point to the receiving ecosystem, employing any of the following destruction mechanisms, individually or in combination: electromagnetic radiation in the range of 180 nm to 500 nm, acoustic cavitation, AOP processes, catalytic beds, chemical reduction by dosing of reducing agents, or catalytic thermal decomposition;and (c) a predictive logic control unit that dynamically calculates the hydraulic transit time in the actual geometry of the industrial installation, models the kinetic decay of the oxidant, and anticipates and modulates both the injection rate and the intensity of terminal destruction. The unit operates in feedforward, feedback, or hybrid mode, automatically selected, guaranteeing discharge to the receiving ecosystem within regulatory limits in all operating regimes, including the batch regime typical of API separators and industrial reactors.
