The planting rope soaking unit consists of planting rope capstan, extruding head, No. 1 soaking tank, No. 2 soaking tank and No. 3 soaking tank; the planting rope guide unit consists of three guide wheels connected via hinges and hinge shafts; and the planting rope seeding unit consists of furrow opener, embedded wheel, locating wheel, furrow refilling device, replaceable plow share, repositioning pressing wheel and tension spring. The soaking tanks may be filled with water and nutritious liquid for soaking the planting rope. The present invention can realize the no-tillage planting process including the steps of planting rope soaking, ditching, seeding, refilling and rolling.
