Abstract

The invention is a pressure difference control valve and a pressure control method of antigravity cast using the differential pressure controlling valve. A threshold regulator of the pressure difference control valve (28) applies pretightening force on one end of a spring (5) through a regulating handle (1) to realize a regulable opening threshold of a preinstall valve. According to the bias between the detected pressure difference and the preset threshold, a pressure difference comparator automatically realizes the control of opening of valve through a diaphragm (9), therefore realizing the effective control of the flow and pressure difference of fluid. The pressure difference control valve (28) and a main pressure control valve (27) are both used in the pressure control system of the antigravity casting machine. The effective control of pressure difference is realized through comparing the pressure difference between the upper and lower press rooms (21, 17) of the antigravity casting host machine with the preset threshold. The invention can distinctly reduce the complexity of the gas circuit and the difficulty of implementation of control, effectively simplify the air circuit and control the differential pressure between upper and lower press rooms of the antigravity cast in an appropriate range. The invention has the characteristics of low running cost, a simple structure and high reliability.
