Abstract

The invention discloses a comprehensive demonstration experiment instrument for magnetic sensitive sensors, and belongs to the field of instruments and meters. The invention in particular relates to a researching instruction demo instrument for revealing motor motion status simulation and digital open-loop detection and close-loop control properties through combining the magnet-sensitive sensor and the motor. The demo instrument consists of a casing, an angle sensor test system, a displacement test system, a motor close-loop test system, installation and test meters, a control keyboard, a front panel shifting between a switch and a wiring jack, and a wiring board with a single chip machine processing circuit. The instrument can give out a standard angle reading corresponding to rotation of the angle sensor shaft, accurately realize displacement measuring, and demonstrate how the motor rotation is converted to linear displacement. Through freely changing various spare parts of velocitysensors with different detection principles, the invention can be used for observing detection signal properties of various sensor parts and detection properties of gear velocity sensor products.
