Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, in conventional elevator door devices, the door is moved by the driving force of a single motor, so the size of the motor itself increases.
[0005] In addition, even if the pulleys are independently rotated by the driving force of the two motors, for example, if the entrance and exit width is large, the distance between the pulleys will increase, so the tension of the belt will also increase.
As a result, not only the life of the belt cannot be extended, but also the load on the rotating shaft and bearings of each pulley becomes large, so that a large reduction in the size of the motor cannot be achieved.
Also, when the size of the belt is too long, a standard size belt cannot be used, so it is necessary to manufacture a belt of a dedicated size, and the manufacturing cost will also increase

Abstract

A door device for an elevator has an elevator door having first and second doors; first and second door drive devices having first and second rotating shafts, respectively; a first drive transmission mechanism for moving the first door by rotation of the first rotating shaft; a second drive transmission mechanism for moving the second door by rotation of the second rotating shaft; a position detector for producing a signal that is based on rotation of the first rotating shaft; and a door control device for controlling the second door drive device so that rotation of the second rotating shaft follows rotation of the first rotating shaft. Movement speeds of the first and second doors are synchronized according to information from the single position detector.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an elevator door device for opening and closing an elevator entrance. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, there has been proposed an elevator door apparatus in which an outer rotor type electric motor is arranged inside one of a pair of pulleys in order to reduce the size. A belt is wound between a pair of pulleys. A door for opening and closing the entrance is connected to the belt. When one pulley is rotated by the driving force of the motor, the belt moves circumferentially and the other pulley also rotates. Thereby, the door moves to open and close the entrance and exit (refer to Patent Document 1). [0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-226058 [0004] However, in the conventional elevator door apparatus, since the door is moved by the driving force of one motor, the size of the motor itself is increased. [0005] Further, even if the pulleys are rotated independently by the d...
