Embodiment 1

[0022] Dissolve 1.2g of nickel chloride hexahydrate in 50mL of ethylene glycol to prepare a 0.1M solution, add 1.7mL of 85% hydrazine hydrate dropwise into the nickel chloride solution, and stir for 30 minutes to fully complex. The above solution was transferred to a 100 mL Teflon-lined reaction kettle and kept at 120° C. for 6 hours. The resulting precipitate was washed by filtration and dried in air at 60°C for 4 hours.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Dissolve 1.2g of nickel chloride hexahydrate in 50mL of glycerol to prepare a 0.1M solution, add 1.7mL of 85% hydrazine hydrate dropwise into the nickel chloride solution, and stir for 30 minutes to make it fully complexed. The above solution was transferred to a 100 mL Teflon-lined reaction kettle and kept at 120° C. for 6 hours. The resulting precipitate was washed by filtration and dried in air at 60°C for 4 hours.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Dissolve 0.9g of nickel chloride hexahydrate in 50mL of ethylene glycol to prepare a 0.1M solution, add 1.7mL of 85% hydrazine hydrate dropwise into the nickel chloride solution, and stir for 30 minutes to fully complex. The above solution was transferred to a 100 mL Teflon-lined reaction kettle and kept at 120° C. for 6 hours. The resulting precipitate was washed by filtration and dried in air at 60°C for 4 hours.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing high dispersed fine spherical nickel powder. Hydrazine hydrate is adopted as a reducing agent; in a condition of not introducing other alkaline matters, metal nickel powder is manufactured by thermal reaction of solvent. Nickel powder manufactured by the technique has good crystallization, high sphericity, evenly distributed granularity, excellent dispersion, and is suitable for being used as MICC internal electrode material. The method is characterized in that the alkaline matter is not added additionally to the reaction system, thus avoiding an enrichment of hydroxide on the surface of nickel powder, which is caused by the addition of the alkaline matter, and the existence of alkali metal ion. Polylol is only used as the solvent, without participating in the reduction reaction, therefore, the polylol can be recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing fine spherical nickel powder. More specifically, the nickel powder prepared by the invention has uniform particle size, controllable particle size, high sphericity and good crystallization, and is suitable for use as an inner electrode material of a multilayer ceramic capacitor. technical background [0002] Multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) are manufactured by alternately stacking thin electrodes and dielectrics in parallel and sintering as one, and are constantly developing towards thinner layers, miniaturization, larger capacity and lower cost. In the above-mentioned development of MLCC, the internal electrode material is very critical. It is not only related to thin layer and miniaturization, but also closely related to the low cost of MLCC. Among them, the preparation and performance improvement of base metal internal electrodes is one of the keys to the development of MLCC technology. The trad...
