Abstract

The invention discloses a device for preparing a liquid fuel by using low-cost and pollution-free biomass, which comprises a screw feeder, a fluidized-bed reactor, a combustion chamber, a gas-solid separator, a material cooling tower and a gas coke-oven, wherein, the screw feeder is communicated and connected with the fluidized-bed reactor through a pipeline; the lower part of the fluidized-bed reactor is provided with the combustion chamber which is communicated and connected with the gas coke-oven through the pipeline; the upper part of the fluidized-bed reactor is communicated and connected with the gas-solid separator of which the upper part is communicated and connected with the material cooling tower through the pipeline; the lower part of the gas-solid separator is provided with a solid carbon outlet; and the lower part of the material cooling tower is provided with a product discharging port and the upper part thereof is provided with an incondensable gas discharging port. The device has a plurality of advantages of reasonable process engineering, simple device structure, safe and reliable operation, no secondary pollution, low cost, being energy-saving and the like.
