Abstract

The invention discloses a data receiving device, which comprises a gating extractor, a clock resorter and a sampler; wherein the gating extractor is used for receiving transmission signal and extracting gating signal from the transmission signal. The transmission signal comprises the gating signal inserted in the data signal and the clock signal after the gating signal; the gating signal has different amplitude from the data signal; the clock signal has the same amplitude with the data signal. The time resorter uses the extracted gating signal to resort clock signal from the transmission signal; and the sampler is used for responding the resorted clock signal, so as to sample the data signal contained in the transmission signal. Therefore, the possibility of causing timing offset error in the time interval between the clock signal and the data signal is minimized; and even if the level with common component changes, the clock signal can be accurately resorted and the scale of a clock resort circuit can be reduced. In addition, the data receiving device is applicable to emitting / receiving data at high transmission rate by powerfully resisting the noise generated during the transmission period of the data signal and the clock signal or resisting the noise generated along the public passage.
