Abstract

The invention discloses a telescopic type workbench bracket provided with an external support pole part and an internal support pole part, wherein the external support pole part is provided with a pipe body which limits a longitudinal axis and is provided with an internal passage, and the axis extends and passes through the center of the internal passage. The internal support pole part is providedwith a shuttle body part and a roller wheel, wherein the shuttle body part is at least arranged in the pipe body partially, and the roller wheel is arranged on a shuttle body in a rotary way to suppo rt the internal support pole part so as to perform reciprocating movements in the pipe body. The bracket can be fastened on a base, and the top end is provided with a working plane limiting component so as to form a height adjustable type workbench which is also disclosed.
