Abstract

The invention relates to a backlight module comprising a light guide plate, at least one light tube group and at least one group of lamp holders. The light guide plate comprises a first surface, a second surface and an incident surface; the incident surface side is provided with a first bump extending along the first surface; the first bump comprises a third surface and a first side surface; and a nick is formed between the third surface and the incident surface. The light tube group(s) is (are) arranged on the incident surface side; each light tube group comprises a first light tube and a second light tube which are arranged in parallel; the first light tube is arranged in the nick; and the second light tube is adjacent to the first side surface. Each lamp holder comprises a first part and a second part which are connected together and form a first included angle; the end part of the first light tube is arranged in the first part, the end part of the second light tube is arranged in the second part; and the first part leans against the third surface and the second part leans against the first side surface. The invention can provide larger assembly space for the light tubes, thereby preventing the mutual interruption of the light tubes and being capable of increasing the incident surface so as to heighten the brightness.
