Abstract

The invention relates to a method for processing the cartilage marrow of a shark. The method which comprises the following steps: (A) dissolving the cartilage marrow of the shark by using plant ferment; (B) adding the solute obtained in the step A to pure water to be mixed, and removing the impurities in the solute according to the specific gravity theory; (C) homogenizing the product which is obtained in the step B after the impurities are removed to enable the product to be fully converted into a water solution; (D) precipitating the water solution obtained in the step C; and (E) using the chromatographic theory to separate residual moisture content, and using the specific gravity theory to obtain the extract of the cartilage marrow of the shark by chromatography.
