Abstract

The invention discloses a memory system for automatically backing up data stored in a flash memory, which comprises the flash memory, a sensing unit and a driving unit, wherein the flash memory is used for storing a fist file; the sensing unit is used for sensing times of accessing the first file in the flash memory; and the driving unit is coupled with the flash memory, and is used for copying the first file to generate at least one second file when the times of accessing the first file exceeds a default value, and storing the at least one second file in the flash memory.
