Abstract

The invention provides an interlayer coordination-based home network quality of service (QoS) guarantee method. The method particularly comprises the following steps of: parametrizing a QoS requirement parameter set of QoS extraction service through a service layer, and mapping the QoS requirement parameter set to be a QoS control parameter set required by a home network; and then instructing coordination between a media access control (MAC) layer and the service layer to guarantee the QoS by a resource management mechanism in combination with queue dispatching of the MAC layer and by an MAC mechanism according to the QoS control parameter set or feedback data obtained by the service layer, wherein the maximum available bandwidth data provided by a traffic monitoring layer of the resourcemanagement mechanism is used as the control basis; the QoS negotiation of the control layer and the service layer is admitted on the basis of the maximum available bandwidth data so as to cooperatively control the service and traffic entering the network; and the bandwidth information allocated by a resource allocation layer after the admittance of the service request instructs the queue dispatching of the MAC layer and the hybrid MAC mechanism. The method ensures that the QoS of the service in the network is effectively guaranteed in real time.
