Abstract

The invention relates to a capacitance measuring circuit, which is used for measuring a capacitance of a capacitor to be measured that is coupled to an endpoint provided with an operating voltage signal. The capacitance measuring circuit comprises a multi-power source supply circuit, a charge and discharge path and a comparator circuit, wherein the multi-power source supply circuit is used for responding a control signal and selectively providing one of a plurality of power source voltage signals as an output voltage signal to be output; the charge and discharge path is used for providing theoutput voltage signal with a first voltage level for charging the capacitor to be measured and the output voltage signal with a second voltage level for discharging the capacitor to be measured so asto control the level of the operating voltage signal; and the comparator circuit receives and compares the operating voltage signal and a reference voltage signal to correspondingly generate digital signals to indicate the capacitance of the capacitor to be measured. The invention also provides a comprehensive control circuit applying the capacitance measuring circuit.
