The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring ; constructing a stator current signal and a rotor current signal in a synchronous rotating coordinate system on the basis of a stator and rotor current observer algorithm of a double-fed fan motor according to a stator voltage signal, a rotor voltage signal, a rotor voltage signal and a rotor speed signal obtained by the traditional sensor; and finally, reversely transforming the stator current signal and the rotor current signal back to a static rotating coordinate so as to obtain a redundant stator current signal and a redundant rotor current signal. On one hand, the signals can be used for correcting signals of atrue sensor; on the other hand, the signals can be used for fault diagnosis of corresponding sensors, fault tolerance of the fan motor set and the like. Thus, the invention not only can omit the installation of part of hardware sensors to save cost, but also can reduce the installation space of a measuring device.
