Abstract

The invention provides an installation method of a fiber roll of an annealing furnace, belonging to the production field of cold-rolled stainless steel. The installation method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging a splint on one end of the roll, adding a part of fiber plates to the roll, clamping the fiber plates with another splint, and tightly pressing the splints with a pressing cylinder for 20 minutes, wherein, the operating pressure of a hydraulic system is 100bar; (2) removing the hydraulic cylinder and the splints, continuing to add fiber plates to the roll, clamping the fiberplates with the splints, and tightly pressing the splints with the pressing cylinder for 30 minutes, wherein, the number of the fiber plates is one third of that of the total fiber plates, and the operating pressure of the hydraulic system is 110bar; and (3) removing the hydraulic cylinder and the splints, continuing to add the residual fiber plates to the roll, clamping the fiber plates with thesplints, and tightly pressing the splints with the pressing cylinder for 40 minutes, wherein, the operating pressure of the hydraulic system is 120bar. In the invention, the life cycle of the installed fiber roll is 15-20 days.
