A plurality of copper conductors I coated with the crosslinking polyethylene insulating layers I are stranded into stranded copper conductors. A lapping layer I, a copper wire braided branch shielding layer and a lapping layer II are sequentially coated at the periphery of each stranded copper conductor to form a copper conductor insulating wire core. A polyethylene insulating layer II is coated at the periphery of the cooper conductor II to form a grounding wire core. A formed cable filling layer is filled between the grounding wire core and each stranded copper conductor. A lapping layer III is lapped at the periphery of the formed cable filling layer to form a cable insulating wire core.
