In the invention, the singlechip is used for circuit control to respectively lighten the red LED lamps, the yellow LED lamps and the blue LED lamps which are inlaid on the disk. When the three colors of lamps are all lightened, white light with softer hue can be emitted. Brightness control is realized by controlling the rotating speed of the small electromotor.
