Abstract

The invention discloses a coordinated multi-point realizing method, a coordinated multi-point realizing device and a base station. The method comprises: acquiring the reference signal receiving power (RSRP) difference between the current service cells and neighbor cells of users subjected to judgment; determining users of which the differences are smaller than a threshold as candidate edge users and users of which the differences are more than or equal to the threshold as central users; determining the users meeting preset conditions among the candidate edge users as central users so that theusers can perform frequency selection scheduling in a central frequency band; and performing CoMP on the central users. In the CoMP realizing method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, someedge users are determined as the central users, and according to inter-cell interference coordination (ICIC) scheduling standards, and these central users can be scheduled on a wider frequency band to obtain a certain scheduling gain; and the interference introduced by these central users can be inhibited by a CoMP technique to obtain a CoMP interference inhibition gain. Therefore, the performance of the ICIC combined CoMP can be further improved.
