The preparation and post-treatment device comprises a case body, wherein a metal shielding layer is arranged on the outer layer of the case body; a full-coated wave absorption material is arranged on the inner wall of the case body; an infrared temperature measuring device and a directional microwave beam transmission antenna are arranged on the top of the inner wall of the case body; a workbench is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the case body; and a sample inlet and outlet part is reserved on the workbench. The preparation and post-treatment device prepared by a multi-parameter accurate and adjustable multi-system microwave assisted nano-material has a simple structure and smart design, and has the following main advantages compared with the traditional microwave assisted device: a plurality of parameters of a microwave system for nanometer synthesis and assembly are accurate and adjustable; the microwave source and the reacting cavity are of a split design; the microwave beam in the microwave reacting kettle is directional, and the wave absorption material is lined in the wall, so the single component of a microwave field close to a nanometer sample bench is ensured, calculation and simulation can be performed by a one-way radar equation, and support is provided for further developing nano-material microwave controlled synthesis and assembly theoretical analysis after experiments.
