The invention discloses an industrialized method for producing 2-(4-methoxyl phenoxyl)-propionic acid by utilizing a cell engineering method. industrialized method comprises the following steps of: inducing a coffee bean isolated organ to form a callus by taking an isolated organ as a raw material; carrying out successive transfer culture on the callus; then screening high-yield suspended single cell lines; and separating coffee bean cells to obtain the 2-(4-methoxyl phenoxyl)-propionic acid, wherein the step of inducing the coffee bean isolated organ to form the callus comprises the procedures of: placing disinfected coffee beans into a culture medium inducing the callus; and culturing at the control temperature of 25-30 DEG C and the pH value of 5-6 under dark or weak light for 3-6 weeks so that the isolated organ forms the callus, wherein the culture medium inducing the callus is obtained by adding vitamins, growth hormones and cytokinins to an MS basal medium.
