Problems solved by technology

[0003]With the increase of heat transfer printing paper production, the recycling of waste heat transfer printing paper has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. These waste papers contain a variety of heat transfer pattern, it is difficult to deink and bleach, and the paper mill has no better solution for this kind of waste paper for the time being

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of special paper reclamation, in particular to a recovery processing process for heat transfer printing paper. The process comprises the following steps: adding water and heat transfer printing paper into a pulping machine, and soaking at the temperature between 80 and 90 DEG C; adding hypochlorite, and soaking at the temperature between 80 and 90 DEG C; adding DTPA (diethylene triamine pentacetic acid), NaSiO3, MgSO4, NaOH and H2O2, and reacting 30 to 60 minutes at the temperature of between 80 and 90 DEG C to obtain pulp; and dehydrating and washing the pulp. The hypochlorite is a mixture of NaClO and Ca(ClO)2 in a weight ratio of 1:1. The concentration of the heat transfer printing paper is 5 to 15 weight percent. The process for processing the heat transfer printing paper has simple flow and good pulp forming performance; and the pulp can be used as an ingredient of high-grade paper such as toilet paper, coating base paper and the like, and can greatly reduce the papermaking cost by replacing imported bleached needle bush or broadleaf wood pulp.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of special paper recycling, in particular to a recycling process for thermal transfer printing paper. Background technique [0002] In recent years, special paper has sprung up in the domestic paper market and developed rapidly. Thermal transfer printing paper is a new type of special paper, which is mainly composed of multiple layers such as thermal transfer paper, ink layer, transparent release layer and adhesive layer. It is used in the textile printing and dyeing industry. Transfer printing is a relatively new printing technology. It is a milestone technical invention in the printing and dyeing industry. The popularization and application of household inkjet printers has promoted the development speed of this technology. At present, this technology has spread all over Europe and the United States. Around the world, such as Australia, Africa and Asia, the output of thermal transfer printing paper is in...
