The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for redirecting a local mobility anchor (LMA). The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first notification message sent by a second LMA and a proxy binding update (PBU) message sent by a mobility access gateway (MAG) and belonging to the first LMA by the first LMA, wherein the first notification message carries a home prefix and a node identification which needs to be redirected to a mobile node (MN) of the first LMA from the second LMA, and the PBU message carries the node identification accessed to the MN of the MAG; instructing a router in the network to route the data of which the receiver home prefix is above home prefix in the data needing to be sent to the first LMA after determining that the node identification sent by the second LMA is in accordance with the node identification sent by MAG; and instructing the MAG to provide a mobile management service for the MN. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problem in the prior art that when the MN moves across the LMA, the LMA providing services for the MN is directed to the original LMA so that routing is roundabout and more network resources are consumed is solved.
