Problems solved by technology

In this case, if the laser L is used for welding without positioning the cover member 62 in the horizontal direction, the laser L cannot uniformly irradiate the joint portion of the cover member 62 and the case member 61.
Therefore, the welding between the case member 61 and the cover member 62 cannot be uniformly melted (insufficient welding).
In addition, if the offset between the case member 61 and the cover member 62 is different for each member, welding unevenness occurs among the members.

no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0033] A first embodiment of the can sealing device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. here, Figure 1 to Figure 5 (a)-(c) are figures which show 1st Embodiment of this invention.

[0034] The can seaming device of this embodiment is used to weld a case member (first member) 61 and a cover member (other member) 62 placed on the case member 61 (see figure 1 ). In addition, in the present embodiment, the interior member 63 is filled in the case member 61 . Examples of such sealing objects include secondary batteries, capacitors, and the like, but are not limited thereto, and may be column members, tubes, liquid crystal panels, and the like.

[0035] Such as figure 1 As shown, the can sealing device includes: a holding unit 20 for clamping and holding the shell member 61; a plurality of (six in this embodiment) positioning rollers (positioning units) 10, and a plurality of positions on the side surface of the cover member 62 ( ...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0058] Next, pass Figure 6 (a)-(c) to Figure 8 A second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Figure 1 to Figure 5 In the first embodiment shown in (a)-(c), before welding the case member 61 and the cover member 62 by the laser light L of the laser irradiation part 30, all the registration rollers 10 are placed in the retracted position (this embodiment in the upper position), but Figure 6 (a)-(c) to Figure 8 In the second embodiment shown, each positioning roller 10 is placed on the inner peripheral side of the positioning roller 10 when the laser light L from the laser irradiation unit 30 is used to weld the shell member 61 and the cover member 62 on the inner peripheral side with respect to the positioning roller 10 . The evacuated position (the upper position in this embodiment) is also placed in the evacuated position after the part is welded.

[0059] In addition, in this embodiment, a plurality of (six in this embodiment) support members 43 are...

no. 3 Embodiment approach

[0066] Next, pass Figure 9 (a)-(c) describe the 3rd embodiment of this invention. Figure 1 to Figure 5 In the first embodiment shown in (a)-(c), before welding the case member 61 and the cover member 62 by the laser light L of the laser irradiation part 30, all the registration rollers 10 are placed in the retracted position (this embodiment in the upper position), but Figure 9 In the third embodiment shown in (a) to (c), when the laser light L from the laser irradiation part 30 is used to weld the part of the case member 61 and the cover member 62 that is located on the inner peripheral side with respect to the positioning roller 10 , each positioning roller 10 is temporarily placed in the retracted position (upper position in this embodiment).

[0067] In addition, this embodiment is also the same as the second embodiment, and a plurality of (six in this embodiment) support members 43 are provided, and each support member 43 is provided corresponding to each registratio...

Abstract

A tank sealing device welds a first component and other components which are carried on the first component. The tank sealing device is provided with the following components: a holding part for holding the first component; a plurality of positioning parts which contact with a plurality parts at the side surfaces of other components for positioning other components in a horizontal direction; and a welding part which exerts energy for the first component and other components after the positioning parts position other components in the horizontal direction. The tank sealing device is also provided with the following components: a lifting part which lifts the first component and other components upwards; a vertical positioning part which is fixed in the vertical direction and abuts against other components; and a retreating part which places the positioning parts to the retreating positions. After the lifting part lifts the first component and other components on the first component upwards, other components abut against the vertical positioning part and a distance between the peripheral parts of the first component in the vertical direction is eliminated, the retreating part places the positioning parts to the retreating positions before performing welding to the first component and the parts which are at least provided at the inner circumferential side of each positioning part in other components.

Description

[0001] This application claims the priority of Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-295298 filed on December 25, 2009 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-261651 filed on November 24, 2010. This application refers to and incorporates No. 2009-295298 and No. 2010 - Entire contents of number 261651. technical field [0002] The present invention relates to a can seaming device for welding a first member and other members placed on the first member. Background technique [0003] Conventionally, there is known a seaming device that includes: gripping a jig portion (holding portion), gripping and positioning a case member (first member) fitted with a lid member (other member); a part that rotates the held shell member; and a welding part that is composed of a laser emitting mechanism that irradiates a laser beam for welding to the connecting portion of the cover member and the shell member, and an XY table mechanism that moves the laser emitting mechanism; Injection welding ...
