Abstract

The invention discloses a backlight module of a light emitting diode with non-equidistance arrangement. The backlight module comprises a light guide plate and a plurality of light emitting diodes; the light emitting diodes are positioned on a substrate; the substrate is sequentially defined as a first distribution region, a second distribution region, a third distribution region, a fourth distribution region and a fifth distribution region, wherein the distribution density of the light emitting diodes positioned in the first distribution region and the third distribution region is greater than the distribution density of the light emitting diodes positioned in the second distribution region; and the distribution density of the light emitting diodes positioned in the first distribution region and the fifth distribution region is greater than the distribution density of the light emitting diodes positioned in the fourth distribution region. Thus the light guide plate has higher brightness and more uniform brightness distribution.
