Abstract

The invention provides a special epoxy powder coating for anticorrosion of an automobile part spring and a production method thereof, which relate to the field of new chemical materials, in particular to the technical field of coating production. The method comprises the steps of putting an epoxy resin, a curing agent, a pigment, a filler and an assistant into a mixer to be premixed, wherein the mass percentages of the ingredients while put into the mixer are as follow: 55-65% of epoxy resin, 5-15% of curing agent, 20-30% of pigment and filler and 5-8% of assistant; melting, extruding and mixing by a single-screw or double-screw extruder and then cooling and crushing into paint pieces; finely crushing by an air grading grinder; and screening and separating by a rotary screen to obtain the powder coating with average particle size of 30-35 microns. The special epoxy powder coating provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and reasonable production process, easiness of operation, high utilization rate of the coating and high coating efficiency; the special epoxy powder coating belongs to green products; and compactness, mechanical performance and corrosion resistance of the coating all exceed those of a solvent coating and a water-based coating.
