Abstract

The polysiloxane modified polyurethane for the drillable sand screen is prepared by adopting the following steps of: (1) uniformly mixing ethyl orthosilicate and methyl-triethoxy silicane and vinyl-triethoxy silicane, and then carrying out steps such as hydrolization, and the like so as to prepare the polysiloxane containing hydroxy and vinyl; (2) dissolving the polysiloxane containing the hydroxy and the vinyl, fatty alcohols and a catalyzer in an organic solvent, and dripping polyisocyanate so as to carry out polyreaction; and (3) after the polyreaction is ended, evaporating to remove the solvent so as to obtain the polysiloxane modified polyurethane.
