According to the invention, a base station configures a feedback subframe period and a subframe shift position to a terminal; the terminal detects a DCi signaling of downlink control indication at a downlink subframe and determines an uplink subframe of DCI signaling scheduling; moreover, with regard to all downlink member carrier waves on which polymerization is carried out, according to the feedback subframe period and the subframe shift position that are configured by the base station to the downlink member carrier waves, it is determined whether the uplink subframe is at the subframe shift position in the feedback subframe period; if not, a CSI of the downlink member carrier wave is feedbacked to the base station.
