The method comprises the following processing steps of: adding 0.5-1.5% of solid antibacterial agent in melamine resin, evenly stirring to form antibacterial resin; saw-cutting fir wood into a sheet material, drying the sheet material and pressurizing to densify the fir wood sheet material, wherein the water ratio of the sheet material is 11-15% after the sheet material is dried, and the compression ratio reaches 15-30%; coating the antibacterial resin on the surface of the fir wood sheet material and putting the fir wood sheet material in a drier; feeding the fir wood sheet material, the surface of which is coated by the antibacterial resininto a hot press for flat-plate hot-pressing after the fir wood sheet material is dried, so that the compression ratio of spring fir wood and the compression ratio of summer fir wood are different, and an embossed effect is generated on the surface of the fir wood sheet material; and naturally cooling and piling up the hot-pressed fir wood sheet material, and carrying out a saw-cutting and side-part fluting process according to the requirements of the floorboard.
