Abstract

The invention discloses a microbial composite inoculum and applications thereof, belonging to the technical field of microbial pesticides. The microbial composite inoculum provided by the invention is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: selecting microbial bacterial strain verticillium chilmaydosporium ZK7 with the preservation number CGMCC No. 0418 and bacillus nematocidus B16 with the preservation number CGMCC No.1128 which are preserved in the common microbial center of China committee for culture collection of microorganisms; respectively preparing a ZK7 spore suspension and a B16 bacteria suspension according to the conventional method; and then mixing according to the mass ratio of (0.5-2)-(0.2-1), thus a liquid inoculum is obtained. The microbial composite inoculum prepared by the invention is prepared for the applications of a preparation for preventing and treating plant nematode. The microbial composite inoculum provided by the invention has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and residue free, and achieves room temperature prevention of more than 90% for tomato root knot nematode disease.
