Embodiment

[0026] Taking the damage location of a fastener with cracks in an acid corrosion environment as an example, the method for determining the damage location of a fastener provided by the present invention is described below, and the specific steps are as follows:

[0027] Step 1. Install the acoustic emission sensor: install two piezoelectric ceramic acoustic emission sensors of the same type on the outer surface of the fastener 2, and place them as shown in the attached figure 2 shown. 3 is the object to be fastened. Record the coordinate positions of the two sensors on the fastener. The sensor receives the acoustic emission signal on the fastener, and transmits it to the acoustic emission detection system 5 through the preamplifier 4;

[0028] Step 2. Set the positioning-related parameters in the acquisition software: Approximate half of the fastener with more concentrated damage to a strip-shaped metal plate, and set its coordinate axis position as shown in the attached ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an acoustic emission based detection method for a damage position of a fastener, which can realize damage detection in a damageable region on the fastener. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, mounting an acoustic emission sensor; 2, setting positioning related parameters in acquisition software; 3, calibrating the propagation velocity of an acoustic emission signal on the fastener; 4, making a sensor positioning compensation curve: sending out an acoustic emission source analog signals at equal interval positions, extracting times of the signals received by two sensors at each position, recording time difference, solving the difference value of the time difference and theoretical time difference and drawing the positioning compensation curve; and 5, determining the damage position: determining the position of the damage by using the positioning compensation curve in the step 4 according to the time parameters of damage signals received by the two sensors. The method has the advantages of detecting the damage signal of the fastener and timely discovering structural change of the fastener, and has great significance to the safe operation of equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection field of fasteners in the fields of vehicles, ships, engines, etc., and in particular to a method for detecting damage locations of fasteners based on acoustic emission. Background technique [0002] Fasteners are mostly made of high-quality stainless steel materials, and different modeling structures and manufacturing processes are used to meet the needs of connection and fastening in different situations. It is mainly used for connection, fastening and sealing of various mechanical equipment and chemical equipment such as vehicles, ships, diesel engines, gasoline engines, machine tools, fire protection, etc. During the working process of the equipment, the working environment and load of the fastener will affect the structural safety of the fastener. Once the structure is damaged, it will cause damage to the equipment and even a safety accident. Therefore, it is of great significance to detect the damage signal...
