Abstract

The invention relates to an evaluation method for characteristic variation of starting friction torque of a slewing bearing. The method comprises the following steps of: giving load and acquiring starting friction torque data of at least 4 points which are uniformly distributed on the surface of the bearing; performing equal probability resampling with replacement on data of each uniformly distributed point under the load for a plurality of times respectively to acquire a large amount of generated data; and establishing a probability density function of the starting friction torque under the corresponding load on the generated data so as to calculate an estimated true value, a fluctuation range, an information entropy and a variation coefficient of the starting friction torque and hereby acquiring a variation rule and an expression method of the starting friction torque of the slewing bearing, and estimating a variation process of the performance of the bearing along with the change of the load. By adopting the method, the variation property of the starting friction torque of the slewing bearing can be effectively evaluated, evolving non-linear characteristic of the starting friction torque of the slewing bearing along with the load is disclosed, the sensitivity point of the load is timely found, the quality of the slewing bearing is favorably improved, and a reliable early-stage evaluation mechanism is established for safety starting and operation of the slewing bearing.
