When a connecting pin is disconnected, the sliding seat is pulled by hands to slide along the dovetail groove slideway; when the connecting pin is connected, a nut combines with the sliding seat, and a bearing supports a leading screw on a bearing pedestal; a hand wheel or a motor through a clutch drives the sliding seat and the cooperated nut to move.
