Abstract

The surface of the external material layer is provided with a plurality of wave-like metallurgical bonding faces which are coupled and firmly combined with the peak-valley and valley-peak structures of the internal material layer. According to the composite sliding bearing provided by the invention, a plurality of wave-like peak-valley protrusions higher than the internal material layer are formed on the bonding faces of the external material layer and the internal material layer through explosive welding; the peak-valley and valley-peak structures on the bonding faces of the external material layer and the internal material layer are firmly combined, such that an integralmetallurgical bonding face with permeated materials is formed, and no sliding can occur between the external material layer and the internal material layer.
