The quenching cooling device comprises a tank body, an overflow tank, propeller stirring jet apparatuses, an outer nozzle jet apparatus, an inner nozzle jet apparatus and an inner-nozzle diameter adjusting device, wherein the propeller stirring jet apparatuses are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, the outer nozzle jet apparatus is arranged below a large cylindrical workpiece, the inner nozzle jet apparatus is arranged in the large cylindrical workpiece, and the inner-nozzle diameter adjusting device is used for adjusting the radial size of the inner nozzle jet apparatus.
